Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium-sized yellow squash
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Pierce each squash once or twice with a fork and place in 8-inch glass baking dish.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes.
    Let stand 1 or 2 minutes.
    Cut in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out center of squash.
    Set pulp aside, leaving squash shells in glass dish.
    Place butter in a glass bowl. Microwave at High 30 seconds to melt.
    Stir in squash pulp, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and grated cheese.
    Fill squash shells with stuffing mixture.
    Microwave at High 2 to 3 minutes.
