Erica'S Choice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 head escarole
    1 head romaine
    4 heads endive
    1 1/2 c. peas, cooked
    6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 c. julienne Swiss cheese
    6 slices bacon, cooked
    3 tsp. sugar
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Wash and dry greens.
    Place 1/3 of mixed greens in a bowl. Dot with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and 1/3 of onion slices. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar and dash of salt and pepper, 1/3 of the peas and 1/3 of the cheese.
    Repeat for 3 layers.
    Do not toss.
    Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
    Crumble the bacon.
    Just before serving, top with bacon and toss.
