Sunday Morning Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large eggs
2 oz. ham, diced
2 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. chopped olives
1 to 2 Tbsp. salsa
1 tsp. sour cream
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Spray nonstick omelet pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Beat eggs with water until mixed.
Pour into pan.
Apply low heat.
Put cover on pan.
When omelet is firm, put ham, olives, salsa and 2/3 the cheese on 1/2 of the omelet and fold over.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of folded omelet.
Cover pan until cheese has melted.
Place omelet on plate and garnish with sour cream.
