Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening (Crisco)
1 c. water
4 eggs
Preparation

Spoon flour into dry measuring cup.
Level off and pour measured flour onto wax paper.
Add salt to flour and stir to blend.
Bring shortening and water to a boil in saucepan.
Add blended dry ingredients quickly.
Beat constantly until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball (about 1 minute).
Remove mixture from heat and let stand until cool.
Add eggs one at a time, beating until smooth after each addition.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Fill with favorite filling when cool.
Top with Hot Fudge Sauce.
