Venison Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. venison, cut in strips
    flour, salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 1/2 sliced onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 c. beef bouillon
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Roll steak in flour, salt, pepper, dill weed and paprika. Brown in 1/4 stick butter in large skillet.
    Add mushrooms, onion, garlic and bouillon.
    Let simmer about 45 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream (be sure not to boil).
    Simmer a few minutes until heated and serve over hot noodles.
