Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef round steak
    1 can tomatoes (small to large, depends on how much meat)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms
    1 large onion, cut up
Preparation
    Dip pieces of meat in flour (which includes salt, pepper and paprika).
    Place and brown in large roaster or skillet.
    I use oil in pan to brown.
    Add water to cover steak.
    Add other ingredients (not necessary to stir) and cover with lid.
    Bake in oven about 3 hours at 300\u00b0 or until tender.
    Makes its own gravy.
