Lemon Lush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. softened butter or margarine
1 c. plus 1/4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. finely ground nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 large Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk
1/3 c. chopped walnuts for top
Preparation

Mix butter, flour and ground nuts.
Pack in a 9 x 13-inch pan to make crust.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes; let cool.
Cream the cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar and 1 cup of Cool Whip together.
Spread on top of cooled crust.
Mix pudding with milk until thickened.
Pour over cream cheese mixture.
Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Chill.
