Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    1 pt. tomatoes
    1 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients; shape into balls the size of walnuts.
    Place in a greased casserole.
    Over the top, pour tomatoes and tomato sauce.
    Cover; bake for 1 hour at 400\u00b0. Serves 5.
