Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
4 tsp. Sweet 'N Low brown sugar
pinch of salt
1 c. pecans, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat egg white until stiff.
Add the Sweet 'N Low brown sugar, salt and vanilla gradually, while beating constantly.
Fold in nuts.
Arrange by teaspoon on a buttered and floured cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 325\u00b0.
