Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 (16 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
    1 small onion, chopped (optional)
    white corn tortilla chips
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine cheese, tomatoes and optional ingredients.
    Melt over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Use as dip or sauce.
