Sour Cherry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red sour pitted pie cherries, undrained
    1 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jello (no water)
    1 pkg. Knox gelatine, dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
Preparation
    Combine cherries, juice and sugar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add cherry jello and dissolved Knox gelatine.
    Let cool.
    Add mandarin oranges and orange juice concentrate, pineapple and nuts.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Yields 12 servings.
