Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked, cooled and drained
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sharp grated cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    4 well beaten eggs
    4 tsp. chopped fine onion
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and place in a casserole dish. Crumble Ritz crackers and chopped fine almonds on top and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Use 3-quart casserole dish.
    Serves 16.
