Tapenade(Poor Man'S Caviar) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pitted black olives
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. drained anchovies (in oil)
    1/2 c. capers
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 c. drained tuna (in oil)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    pinch of red pepper
Preparation
    Chop and mix all ingredients together except oil.
    Add oil, a little at a time, to produce a firm, spreadable mixture.
    Serve at room temperature in a small bowl, crock or souffle dish. Excellent with a hearty loaf or Melba toast.
