Carol'S Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 lb. good chili meat
3 diced onions
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 Tbsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. cumin
1/2 Tbsp. red pepper
3 Tbsp. paprika
4 Tbsp. chili powder
1 can beef broth
1 small can tomato sauce
masa (if needed for thickening)
Preparation

Lightly brown chili meat.
Drain.
Add to 3 cups boiling water. Add remaining ingredients as listed.
Cook for approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
If needed, add masa for thickening to your desirability.
