Sausage And Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained
    4 tsp. crumbs (cracker)
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 beaten eggs
    cracker crumbs
    3 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook sausage until brown, also onion.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Chill.
    Roll into balls.
    Dip in egg and milk mixture; roll in cracker crumbs.
    Brown in oil.
