24 Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 lb. bacon, fried and cut up
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. cauliflower pieces
    1 c. green onion, diced
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, mixed with 2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Layer ingredients as follows:
    lettuce, cauliflower, bacon, onion, celery, dressing and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Toss and serve.
    Serves 12.
