Chicken On Top Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) can cream soup (chicken, celery, mushroom)
4 oz. can mushrooms
2 1/2 chickens, cut up
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. more
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation

Combine first seven ingredients in 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix well. Arrange chicken pieces skin side up.
Drizzle with melted margarine.
Sprinkle with salt and poultry seasoning.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
