Mary Fox'S Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground ham
    1 lb. fresh pork, ground
    2 eggs
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder, dissolved in milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. flour
    2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients and form into 1 or 2 loaves.
    Make a paste of the mustard, brown sugar, flour and vinegar and spread on top of loaf.
    Place pineapple on top.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
