Chili Con Quesa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 can (4 to 6 oz.) chopped green chilies and juice
1 can chopped pimientos
1/4 c. cream
garlic salt to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Will vary greatly with brand of chilies.
If melted, then reheated later, more cream will be needed, about 1/4 cup more.
Melt in top of double boiler.
Use as dip for vegetables or crackers.
