Peanut Butter Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 2/3 c. peanut butter
1 qt. Special K cereal
Preparation

Butter pan.
Mix together sugar and syrup in saucepan, stirring constantly, bring to boil.
Remove from heat and pour into bowl for use of mixer.
Add peanut butter and mix gently using low speed.
Add cereal; mix lightly until cereal is completely coated.
Pour into pan.
Cool and cut into 2-inch squares.
