Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    3 eggs
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 garlic cloves, diced
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    3/4 c. Romano cheese
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk, bread crumbs, garlic, onion, celery and cheese together.
    Add mixture to hamburg.
    Knead the loaf or loaves until meat is tight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
