Hobo Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef (or turkey for low-fat)
4 to 5 large potatoes
4 to 6 slices American cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
Preparation

In large casserole dish press ground beef (or turkey) to bottom of dish.
Slice potatoes and put on top of meat.
Mix soup and milk and pour over meat and potatoes.
Place cheese slices over all this.
Cover and cook for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
