Hearty Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    2 cans chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes (undrained)
    16 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed (regular, jalapeno or half and half)
    2 tsp. cilantro
    hot sauce to taste
    extra large Fritos (for dipping)
Preparation
    Place ground chuck, onion, Ro-Tel tomatoes, cubed Velveeta cheese, cilantro and hot sauce in crock-pot or heavy pan.
    Stir well.
    Heat slowly until ready to serve; stir often.
    Serve with Fritos or other substantial \"dippers.\"
