Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water (must be 110~)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
Preparation
    Pour 1 cup warm water over salt, sugar and shortening.
    Stir until dissolved, then add 1 cup cold water.
    Add yeast and eggs. Add 7 1/2 cups flour.
    Cover and let rise in warm place 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
    Work down; cover tightly with aluminum foil.
    Refrigerate overnight.
