Aunt Tootsie Ash'S Fruit And Nut Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. pecan halves
    2 well beaten eggs
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1 c. plain flour
    1/2 lb. crystallized cherries
    6 slices chopped crystallized pineapple
Preparation
    In a 9 x 14-inch well-greased pan, arrange pecan halves. Cover with a mixture of eggs, margarine, vanilla, brown sugar and flour.
    Top with cherries and pineapple.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool and cut into squares.
    Store in airtight container.
    Freezes well.
