Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread
1 lb. sausage
2 c. milk
3 c. cheese
4 eggs
chile peppers (on top for decoration)
Preparation

Grease bowl.
Cook sausage; drain.
Lightly butter 1/2 bread and break into small pieces.
Add 1/2 cheese.
Add sausage.
Add last 1/2 bread.
Add last 1/2 cheese.
Lightly beat eggs with milk; add to casserole.
Let set overnight.
Add chiles.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
