Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
    pinch of soda (optional)
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Put into a 13 x 9 pan and bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
