3 Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. orange extract
3 eggs, separated
1 1/4 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. lemon extract
3 lemons
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
In separate bowl, mix Crisco, sugar and egg yolks, well beaten.
Add extracts, juice from the three lemons, milk and flour, baking powder and salt.
Fold in beaten egg whites and bake in loaf pan 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
