Miss Ellen'S Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    2 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place roast in the center of extra wide heavy foil in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Brush the meat with steak sauce; sprinkle with onion soup.
    Mix and spread the mushroom soup over top.
    Wrap loosely in foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Yields 6 servings.
