Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed bananas
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oleo
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. water
3/4 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
Butter cream frosting
Preparation
-
Cream sugar and oleo.
Add well beaten eggs.
Mix dry ingredients and add to mixture and mix well.
Add bananas and water then nuts.
Bake in two or three 8-inch pans at 350 for 30 minutes OR in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350 until done.
Frost when cooled and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
