White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. sherry, rum or pineapple juice
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 lb. candied cherries
    1 1/4 lb. candied pineapple
    1 lb. nuts
    7 eggs
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Save 1 cup of flour to coat
    fruit and nuts in.
    Mix rest of ingredients.\tBake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours with pan of water under cake.
