Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices buttered toast, cut in quarters
    1/3 c. raisins
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 can evaporated milk (13 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Put toast into greased 2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with raisins.
    Pour over toast mixture of eggs, sugar, salt, milk, boiling water and vanilla.
    Let stand for 10 minutes and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
