Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. oil, divided
    10 tsp. soy sauce, divided
    6 tsp. cornstarch, divided
    4 chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 stalk celery, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/2 tsp. dried red pepper
    1 c. snow peas, diced into large pieces
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 lb. broccoli, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 carrot, cut into thin pieces
    1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Mix 1 tablespoon oil, 4 teaspoons soy sauce and 2 teaspoons cornstarch in small bowl. Stir in chicken to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
