Salmon Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. sherry
    2 Tbsp. plus 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 to 1 1/4 lb. salmon fillets
Preparation
    Blend well together all ingredients, except salmon.
    Put salmon in large plastic storage bag or container with a cover; pour marinade over salmon.
    Marinate in refrigerator for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Turn over bag or container every 45 minutes. Drain and broil on each side until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
    Serves 4.
