Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked long grain rice
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. carrots, grated
1 c. cooked garbanzos
salt and pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. basil
1 Tbsp. sesame seed
1/2 stick cinnamon
Preparation

In large nonstick frying pan, heat oil.
Brown garlic and onion.
Add rice and cinnamon stick; stir.
Add celery, carrots and garbanzos; keep stirring.
Add basil, sesame seed, salt and pepper.
Keep stirring, until celery and carrots are soft.
