Rancho Sausage Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 c. stewed tomatoes
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. elbow macaroni
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a large skillet, fry sausage and drain.
    Add onions and green pepper.
    Cook slowly for 5 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes, sour cream, macaroni, chili powder, salt and sugar.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring frequently until macaroni is done.
    Serve hot.
