Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 can French-cut green beans, drained
    1 can LeSueur peas, drained
    1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 small, chopped onion
    1 c. grated carrots
    8 to 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix white vinegar, sugar and salad oil together in saucepan. Boil 2 minutes and cool.
    Mix all remaining ingredients together with sauce.
    Chill thoroughly or overnight.
