Fresh Apple Cake(Makes 1 Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. chopped, peeled apples
1 c. walnuts
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs, water, oil and vanilla together.
Mix flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon together.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
Fold in apples, nuts and raisins.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
