Mud Hen Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 whole egg and 2 egg yolks, keep whites
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. mini marshmallows
    1 c. light brown sugar, packed
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Beat in egg plus 2 egg yolks. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Combine all the above ingredients and blend thoroughly.
    Spread in a 9x13 pan.
    Sprinkle over batter nuts, chips and marshmallows.
    Beat 2 egg whites stiff and fold in brown sugar.
    Spread over top of cake and Bake at 300 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
