Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. Italian sausage or 1 lb. hamburger and 1/2 tsp. fennel
    8 oz. Mozzarella, shredded
    1 1/2 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    2 eggs or equivalent egg substitute
    3 oz. chopped spinach
    lasagna noodles (dry)
    1/2 tsp. Italian or pizza seasoning
    1/4 tsp. dried red pepper (optional)
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Fry the sausage or beef to medium.
    Remove grease and add spaghetti sauce.
    Remove from heat.
    While the meat cooks, combine Ricotta, spinach and eggs in a food processor and process until spinach is not larger than 1/2-inch leaves.
