Teriyaki Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Mirin (sweet cooking sake)
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients and cook on medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
Marinate meat (beef, chicken or pork) overnight in refrigerator.
When cooking chicken or pork, the meat must be dipped repeatedly in the sauce to keep from burning.
