Great Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large ripe tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 small Bermuda onion
1/2 cucumber
1/2 zucchini
1 carrot
1 clove garlic, pressed
fresh parsley
1 avocado
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 c. tomato juice
salt and pepper
diced jalapenos and sour cream (optional)
Preparation

Chop vegetables into tiny pieces.
Add spices, salt and pepper and tomato juice.
Dice avocado and add to soup.
Stir well and chill.
