Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium cooked sweet potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. melted butter (or margarine)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
20 large marshmallows
Preparation

Peel potatoes; slice in thirds and arrange in a lightly greased

2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt. Pour
corn\tsyrup and butter evenly over potatoes and sprinkle with
pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Arrange marshmallows over
potatoes.
Bake
an additional 10 or 12 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
Yields 10 servings.
