Nina Bemus' Favorite Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 to 5 lb.) stewing hen
3 chopped green peppers
2 chopped stalks celery
3 chopped large onions
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 lb. box spaghetti
salt
1 can mushroom soup
1 large can chopped mushrooms
1 small jar pimentos
3/4 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Stew hen with salt, pepper and a stalk of celery until tender. Cool and remove bones; cut into bite size.
Cook peppers, celery and onions in a small amount of broth until tender.
Add chili powder, soup, mushrooms and pimentos.
Cook spaghetti as directed on box.
Mix chicken, vegetables and spaghetti together.
Pour into large casserole.
Cover with grated cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until mixture bubbles.
