Sauce Leon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced fine
    3 oz. olive oil
    4 oz. onions, diced
    6 oz. sausage meat
    3 oz. prosciutto, ground
    1 lb. plum tomatoes
    4 leaves sweet basil
    4 hearts artichoke hearts
    1 oz. Marsala wine
Preparation
    Saute garlic and onions, then add sausage meat and wine and simmer five minutes.
    Add tomatoes and cook 20 minutes.
    Add all other items and simmer slowly for 5 minutes longer; serve on cooked pasta.
