Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. potatoes
1 c. potato water
1 c. sweet milk
1 pkg. Fleischmann's yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour with 1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. lard
Preparation

Mix and let rise 1 hour.
Make stiff dough.
Put in icebox and make rolls when ready.
Roll out and cut with round cutter.
Brush melted butter on this.
Fold as you would half moon pie.
Put on cookie sheet and let rise 1 1/2 hours.
Cook until brown.
Brush with melted butter.
Put back in oven for about 1 minute.
