Mock Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef, browned
    3/4 c. raw rice
    1 tsp. chop suey sauce
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Put into covered dish.
    Open large can chow mein noodles. Stir in few of the noodles; add rest to top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
