Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 9 large potatoes
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook peeled potatoes in salted water until tender; drain and add ingredients.
    Beat until smooth, light and fluffy.
    Cool and cover.
    Refrigerate.
    Amount needed may be heated in a greased casserole dish at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
    May be kept refrigerated for 2 weeks.
