Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. melted butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    pinch salt
    1 c. coconut
    2 unbaked 8-inch pie shells
Preparation
    Beat eggs and combine with buttermilk. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour in pie shells. Bake 10 minutes at 275\u00b0. Bake 50 minutes at 300\u00b0.
