Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 split chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1/4 c. liquid margarine
    2 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoned salt substitute
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. unsweetened pure apricot preserves
Preparation
    Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush with melted margarine.
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt substitute and garlic powder.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Drain the excess fat and juice from the chicken.
    Brush the apricot jam on each piece of chicken with a pastry brush.
    Return to the oven and bake an additional 15 minutes.
